Ocius Xplorer is one of the few Chip & PIN solutions on the market to offer complete 'pay at table' functionality. The unique bill lodging system allows any member of staff to request a bill via any terminal at any table by simply searching and selecting the table number and the PoS will automatically send the full bill details to the terminal for payment via a bluetooth connection.
An itemised bill can be printed, presented to a customer and payment can be taken at the table. Ocius Xplorer also has specialist functionality to accept split payments should a table of customers wish to pay separately. Each completed transaction will update the PoS and Ocius Xplorer terminal until full payment is received. Gratuity can be added at any point during the payment process whether this be via each split payment or in total at the end.
